Raymond Henzie BookkeeperAs People First's Bookkeeper, Raymond is responsible for our critical day-to-day "behind the scenes" operations. He maintains both internal and external financial records, working intensely with Quickbooks to create invoices and journal entries, and recording ACH debits. Raymond initiates client payroll tax payments with the IRS, as well as other payments on clients' behalves, both electronically and via check. He also maintains responsibility for establishing EFTPS, SUTA and SWT details for new clients, and prepares commission statements as needed. Raymond is the man who keeps our clients "numbers in order," and maintains the utmost confidentiality with their information. Originally from Ocala, FL, Raymond's hobbies include skating, swimming, hiking, cooking, photography and cycling. |
